Tree in Socks offers free standard delivery for orders above £200. Please note that free shipping will be applied to the order at checkout. For orders below £200, the delivery prices are set out as follows:
UK £5 (2-5 business days)
International £20 (4-10 business days)

We are unable to take responsibility for transit delays or customs clearance issues but will do our best to assist if these problems occur.
Duties and Taxes
Customers outside the UK will be responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Please note that we have no control over these charges so it is not possible to predict their amount.
Returns and Refunds
As all our garments are made to order, we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If you wish to request an exchange or return an item, please email us at treeinsocks@gmail.com within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. All returns must be authorized by us before sending the item back. Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the return instructions.
Cancellations of pre-orders are only possible if the production process has not started yet. Moreover, custom made products cannot be returned.
The item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, in their original packaging. and accompanied by its original tags.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately shoes cannot be returned as they are custom made for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Tíscar Espadas is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
